Three modules on every organization homepage
Spaces
Org Admins group equipment into Spaces. Each Space lists its machines, its Co-Admins, and the training required to unlock it.
Training
Safety and equipment sessions with seats, prerequisites, and certifications that follow the Maker across the organization.
Portfolio
Every Maker keeps a portfolio of Projects — photos, dates, collaborators, and community comments.
- 01
An organization joins
A makerspace gets an organization homepage with its Spaces, Training, and Portfolio modules. Org Admins control the copy, the membership, and who runs each Space.
- 02
Equipment is grouped into Spaces
Each Space is a named collection of equipment with its own Co-Admins, status, and required training. Spaces organize both Training and Projects.
- 03
Makers get trained
Safety orientations and equipment certifications are scheduled per Space. Completing a session writes a certification to the Maker's record and unlocks the equipment it covers.
- 04
Work becomes portfolio
Makers publish Projects with photos, start dates, iterations, deployments, co-makers, and comments. The organization portfolio becomes the visible record of what the space produces.
- 05
Admins keep the record
Org Admins approve and invite Makers, appoint Co-Admins, and review a full audit trail of changes to Spaces, Training, and Maker records.
Org Admins own Spaces, Trainings, and Portfolios
A Super Admin oversees Makers Pass. Each organization has Admins who approve and invite Makers, manage the homepage, and run every Space, Training, and Portfolio project. They can appoint a Maker as Co-Admin of one specific item — nothing else.
